Refund Policy
All sales are final
Everything Cherchip sells is digital and delivered once payment clears, so there are no refunds. Buying from us means you accept our Terms of Service.
When we replace an order
Replacements are only given under the warranty of the product you bought, as listed in the Product TOS on its page:
- Nitro (full warranty): a clear, uncut screen recording of the full claim process, the account's email, current Nitro credits and the Discord revoke mail. No warranty if stacked as credit.
- Gift links: regenerated only if you ask while the link has 0–20 hours left; auto-claims need proper proof.
- Aged Discord accounts: lifetime warranty.
No refund, replacement or warranty if
- the gift link is claimed or expires
- you're rude or rushing
- you leave the server
- there's a revoke wave or a supplier scams
- you didn't vouch
- your items are already processing
How to ask for a replacement
Open a ticket in our Discord (discord.gg/cherchip) with your order ID and the proof your product's warranty asks for.
