Digital delivery

Digital products sold by Cherchip, such as software, license keys, account credentials and downloadable files, are delivered electronically. No physical item is shipped for these products.

Delivery is automatic and normally takes place within minutes of your payment being confirmed. Your purchase is sent to the email address entered at checkout and is also available at any time in your customer dashboard at https://cherchip.mysellauth.com.

Delivery may take longer in the following cases:

• Cryptocurrency payments: delivery happens after the transaction has received the required number of network confirmations, which can take from a few minutes to over an hour depending on the network and fees paid.
• Manual review: some orders are held for fraud review or manual fulfilment. These are typically completed within 0–2 days (CEST).
• Pre-orders or restocks: items marked as pre-order or awaiting stock are delivered as soon as they become available, by the date stated on the product page.

If you have not received your order within the expected time, check your spam folder and your customer dashboard, then open a ticket in our Discord (discord.gg/cherchip) with your order number.
